Every inspector did an extremely thorough job when doing their inspections. They took the time to explain their findings and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. We weren’t made to feel like a number but instead a valued customer.

Technician was very polite and showed up on time. Was very professional with attitude and explained repairs. Issue was that a gas valve needed to be replaced and technician per "code" used ½" straight ball valve. Appliance gas valve as line was ⅜". Technical didn't know how to remove treaded appliance connection at back of dryer. I went to Home Depot and an associate there showed me how to replace appliance part to connect ½" line. It was very basic repair that All Pro should have been capable of doing. In addition, the new valve is straight and now dryer sticks out from wall 4-5". Ordered angle gas ball valve from Amazon to finish repair myself.
